Production Manager
Eric has been with Masport since 2010, and we like to think of him as our Jack-of-all-trades. He started as a tack welder and transitioned to the role of seam welder in 2014. Just a few years later, he was promoted to his current position, Production Manager, where he oversees our shop team and contributes to the development of new and existing items.
His deep knowledge benefits both clients and the customer service team. “My role as Production Manager and hands-on experience—from building systems from scratch to assembling finished products—allows me to engage directly or indirectly with customers,” he says. “It really helps that I’ve built everything we produce and been part of the assembly process.”
With a solid background in metal fabrication, welding, and assembly spanning a decade prior to joining the company, Eric’s expertise extends beyond welding to include HVAC, electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry. Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his family and indulging in outdoor activities like hunting and fishing.
“I am driven every day to supply our customer base with the highest quality of units or parts to keep them going,” says Eric.
