President
Guy has been leading Masport for nearly a decade. With a background in engineering, he is fascinated by how things work and has a big-picture perspective that impacts all members of our teams.
His philosophy as president is to continually improve rather than merely set static goals. “Getting a little better every day is how we enhance relationships and truly provide value to our customers,” he says, adding “Our team’s growth and development over the past few years has been very rewarding and fulfilling.”
Guy’s approach to customer interaction involves more than just listening to what Masport customers want – he believes it’s important to truly understand their needs. “We work with customers across all different segments of pumping industries. At the end of the day, we must provide products that make a difference in the daily lives of pumpers and solve real problems.”
Beyond business, he enjoys watching and playing cricket and rugby, sports that reflect his time growing up in New Zealand. He also loves to travel – whether domestically or internationally. “Having lived in four different countries, I’ve been lucky enough to build friendships worldwide and often visit international friends and family when traveling.” His global experience has also enriched his perspective, providing a unique view of the pump marketplace and the needs of customers across the world.
